Layered Microsoft security that fits how your business actually works, so your team stays productive and attackers stay out.
We start with identity and devices, close the gaps attackers use most, and keep watching. Security improves steadily without slowing your team down.
You always know where you stand: what's protected, what's at risk, and what we recommend fixing next.
Multi-factor authentication, conditional access and Entra ID set up properly, so a stolen password isn't enough to get in.
Microsoft Defender, email filtering and endpoint detection that spot and stop attacks on devices and inboxes.
Staff training, phishing simulations and a tested incident plan, so everyone knows what to do when something looks wrong.
Enterprise-grade security that is easy to manage, cost-effective and aligned with best practice for reducing cyber risk. Choose the level of protection that fits your industry and your risks.

The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) sets out how South African organisations may collect, store and use personal information, and every business that processes it has had to comply since 1 July 2021. Real POPI Act compliance is more than the minimum changes that avoid a fine: it means keeping the personal information you hold about clients and employees safe in every practical way.
The stakes are real. If personal information is compromised through negligence or a failure to follow the Act, the penalties run to fines of up to R10 million or up to 10 years in prison, and you can be held liable for losses to business partners. A breach also stalls your operations while data is restored, and damages the trust your clients place in you. We build POPIA into your Microsoft 365 security: who can reach which data, how it is protected and backed up, and how quickly you recover. Start with our POPI Act compliance checklist, or book your security assessment.
Email is how most businesses talk to staff, clients and suppliers, yet it was never built to be secure: it is an open format, and anyone can send a message that claims to come from your domain. Email security is the set of measures that protects your accounts and messages from unauthorised access, impersonation and loss.
Inside Microsoft 365 we set up anti-phishing and anti-spoofing policies, Safe Attachments and Safe Links, real-time threat detection and encryption for sensitive email. For your domain, we work with our partner Sendmarc to put SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place: SPF names the servers allowed to send your mail, DKIM shows a message hasn’t been tampered with, and DMARC tells receiving servers to quarantine or reject mail that fails those checks. You see who is sending email in your name, and clients can trust that mail from you is genuine. Read about our Sendmarc partnership and how Secure365 domain protection works.

SPF stands for Sender Policy Framework. It names the email servers that are allowed to send mail for your company, so a receiving server can tell when a message claiming to come from you was sent from somewhere else, and treat it as suspicious.
DKIM, or DomainKeys Identified Mail, adds a digital signature, made with a private key, to the emails your servers send. If a message is tampered with on its way to the recipient, the signature no longer matches and the receiving server marks it as suspicious or rejects it.
Spyware is malicious software that hides on a computer or phone and secretly collects information, such as passwords, banking details and what you type, then sends it to an attacker. It usually arrives through a phishing email, a fake download or an infected attachment. Up-to-date endpoint protection such as Microsoft Defender finds and removes it, and Secure365’s phishing training helps your team avoid the links that bring it in.
