We supply, right-size and support your Microsoft licences, so you only pay for what you use.
How can a small IT company, with people working across geographical locations, make sure that its employees have access to the information that they need, from wherever they are, whenever they need it? The answer is simple: through the cloud.
Businesses worldwide are investing in Microsoft’s cloud-based solutions to increase productivity, improve efficiency, lower costs, and make day-to-day operations smooth and hassle-free. Solid Systems is a trusted Microsoft Licensing Partner, and our aim is to help you make your operations seamless and achieve your business objectives. Our previous business interactions and professional relationships within the Microsoft landscape have made us one of the most trusted Microsoft Partners.
Over the past two decades, we have provided IT assistance to and built lasting relationships with businesses across the globe. We specialise in Azure and Microsoft 365 together with a wide range of other IT solutions and services. Technology never stands still, and neither do we — we are constantly training our highly skilled IT pros in the latest Microsoft technologies, and improving the Microsoft services that we offer. Our experience, coupled with our IT expertise, equips us to investigate, plan, analyse, and implement necessary solutions to ensure that you get the most out of your licensing investments.
If you are looking for a flexible, profitable licensing contract that meets your business’ objectives, the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, or CSP, Program, is the one for you. CSP helps businesses to access three crucial cloud computing options offered by Microsoft—Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365. It also provides software subscriptions for Windows and cloud-based SQL servers.
As your CSP, we make sure that you are making the most of your Microsoft Licensing, and are reaping all the rewards that it offers. We’re also waiting in the wings to provide you with optimisation advice and support features to help you unlock great discounts.
If you ever have questions or want to learn more about what migrating your systems to the cloud entails, our team of experts is here to help. Solid Systems’ highly skilled IT professionals are well-versed in everything Microsoft, but particularly in cloud solutions, and have helped businesses around the world make the transition.
We know that no two companies are the same, and to make sure that your cloud solution suits your business’ needs, the first step that we take is to perform an in-depth assessment. We’re with you every step of the way, helping you make informed decisions for your company that save both time and resources. This will give you the opportunity to focus on revenue-generating business tasks, like broadening your client base and increasing your profitability, rather than spending all your time on chasing IT issues, and generating reports.
While we love technology, humans are at the heart of our business, and our dedication, values, culture, professionalism, and talented IT professionals all contribute towards the lasting relationships that we build. That’s not all that you can expect when you work with Solid Systems though. Some benefits of choosing us as your Cloud Solution Provider include:
Your licences, your support and your advice come from the same team, so there is one number to call when something needs changing.
Choose the commitment that suits each subscription, and add licences whenever someone joins your team.
We review the licences you pay for against the ones your people actually use, and recommend what to drop, merge or upgrade.
We look for the right plan, term and bundle for your business, so you get the best value from your Microsoft spend.
Our IT pros train continually in the latest Microsoft technologies, so the advice you get keeps up with what Microsoft changes.
We make sure your licences include the security you need, like Microsoft Intune, and that your data is ready before you add Microsoft 365 Copilot.
To help businesses make the most of their Microsoft Licenses on their on-premise software, we provide a number of agreement options:
A three-year volume agreement for large organisations, usually 500 or more users or devices.
A transactional agreement with no fixed term, for buying software and licences as you need them.
A three-year subscription for smaller organisations, with the cost spread over annual payments.
Monthly or annual subscriptions bought and supported through a partner like Solid Systems. The most flexible option for most businesses.
Not sure which fits? We’ll review the licences you have and recommend the simplest, best-value route. Ask our licensing team →

A Microsoft licensing partner is a company that Microsoft authorises to sell and manage its licences. As a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), Solid Systems supplies your Microsoft 365, Azure and Dynamics 365 subscriptions, bills you for them and supports them, instead of you buying directly from Microsoft.
The Cloud Solution Provider programme lets partners sell Microsoft cloud subscriptions together with their own support and services. You get monthly or annual subscriptions, one invoice, and a partner who looks after the licences and the people using them.
Most small and mid-sized businesses choose between Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard and Business Premium, which are available for up to 300 users. Business Premium adds advanced security and device management with Microsoft Intune. Larger organisations, or those with stricter compliance needs, look at the Enterprise E3 and E5 plans. Compare the Microsoft 365 plans.
You can add licences at any time. On an annual term you can only reduce them at renewal, apart from a short window just after purchase. Monthly terms cost more, but let you reduce licences at the end of any month.
Usually, yes. We review the subscriptions you have, then move them across to Solid Systems at a sensible point, often at renewal, so your people keep working without interruption.
